Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Vibestorm, run by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Vibestorm.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher).
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information and don’t impersonate other people or organisations.

What you post

You keep ownership of the projects, screenshots, videos, files, comments and messages you post (“your content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share your content on Vibestorm, and to show it when promoting the site, for as long as it’s on Vibestorm. You can delete your content or your whole account at any time.

Only post content you have the right to share. You’re responsible for your content and for any files you offer as downloads.

What’s not allowed

• Malware, or files designed to harm devices, steal data or trick people. Programs and installers can’t be uploaded at all.
• Illegal content, or content that sexualises minors.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or sharing other people’s private information.
• Spam, scams, fake engagement, or misleading people about what a project does.
• Other people’s work presented as yours, or anything that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Attacking, overloading, scraping at scale, or trying to get around the site’s security or limits.

Downloads and links

Projects can link to live apps and offer files made by other users. We check uploads for some kinds of harmful files, but we can’t guarantee anything a maker shares is safe, accurate or works. You download and open files, and visit linked apps, at your own risk.

Reporting and removal

Use the Report links on projects, comments and profiles to flag anything that breaks these terms. We may remove content, pause downloads, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. To report a copyright issue, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with a link to the content and proof that you own the work.

The service

Vibestorm is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or stop features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by users, and our total liability is limited to [AMOUNT, e.g. US$100].
